In their complex simplicity, confetti have always represented the gift o ered to party guests, in order to remember the uniqueness of a certain event over time.
The new range of Confetti Crispo, Confetti d’Autore, combines the expertise and the experience of a large all-Italian confectionery company with the confectionery art of great professionals of Italian Pastry.
Fo the line Confetti d’Autore, Confetti Crispo wished to involve three great Pastry Chefs: Luigi Biasetto, Sal De Riso and Gino Fabbri. These are internationally known professionals, true artisan pastry enthusiasts.
Each one of the exceptionally created sugared almonds contains a particular touch of taste that lightens up sensations of pleasant intensity.
Their most famous recipes, such as Gino Fabbri’s “Intrigo Cake”, Sal De Riso’s “Lemon Delight” and Luigi Biasetto’s “Setteveli”, have been reinterpreted and transformed into a range of high-end confectionery, which Confetti Crispo, thanks to its historic confectionery tradition, has been able to wisely enclose…
